Freck Billionaire aka West Philly Freck was arrested in Bergen County, N.J, after selling crack to an undercover police officer, according to Northjersey.com.
Freck Billionaire real name Jeffrey Whitters hails from Philadelphia but has since moved to North Jersey.
Freck Billionaire has had numerous run-ins with the law as a youth, and currently is a fugitive in Pennsylvania, where he is wanted in both Bucks County and Media.
He is currently being held on $150,000 bond in Bergen County, NJ.
