Several local NY tv news stations have reported Brooklyn rapper & DVD entrepreneur Cavlar of Step Your Game Up DVD's was shot & killed on Fulton & Clinton this afternoon in Fort Green Brooklyn after a dispute. Cavlar leaves behind three children. More later as further details unravel. RIP
