Fitness trainer Darius Miller, who was beaten into a coma early Wednesday (December 26) morning.
Miller attempted to stop a group of men from videotaping Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin's two daughters outside of a downtown Atlanta club.
The 41-year-old trainer was allegedly attacked by two men allegedly contracted with a local promotions company known as 01 Entertainment.
Lawyers for 01 Entertainment claim that Miller was knocked unconscious after he fell to the ground during a physical confrontation with a cameraman.
an arrest warrant was issued for Apollo Holmes, who is charged with aggravated assault.
Holmes is still at large as of press-time and more arrests may be made in Miller’s assault.
Miller, who still remains in a coma, has been visited by rapper Mase, actress Keisha Knight Pulliam, Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Takeo Spikes, T-Boz and Ronnie DeVoe of New Edition.
