Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies, including assault likely to cause bodily injury and making criminal threats, according to court documents.
Brown will be arraigned today at 3:30 PM in downtown LA.
According to sources close to the D.A., Chris Brown could face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison.
Also, new details have emerged regarding the altercation between Brown and Rihanna.
Fox 11 News obtained a search warrant in which an LAPD officer alleged that Brown repeatedly beat and bit Rihanna during a fight the night before last month's Grammy Awards.
According to the search warrant, Rihanna and Brown were driving when she read him a text message. Brown allegedly tried to force Rihanna out of the car, but her seat belt kept her inside the vehicle. Brown then allegedly punched her several times while he was driving, the search warrant said.
Rihanna's blood splattered all over the interior of the car, according to the document quoted by Fox 11.
At some point, Rihanna called an assistant and told her to call police. But Brown allegedly continued to attack, biting her ear and fingers. At one point, according to the document, Brown threatened to kill Rihanna.- HipHopGame.com
