DJ VLAD SPEAKZ RICK ROSS BEATDOWN

From BallerStatus.com - DJ Vlad has been quiet about the alleged beat down he received by Rick Ross in August of last year at the annual Ozone Awards, held in Houston, Texas.

He's broken that silence though, via a recent interview on Shade 45's Lip Service radio show earlier this year.

"There was a certain degree of [embarrassment]. But at the end of the day, we all human, and it could happen to anyone." Vlad said.

According to Vlad, the "embarrassment" hasn't slowed him down any. In fact, if anything, it lit a fire under his ass, and he's been going full force ever since.

"I go harder now ... I don't give a f***, and that's my word," the DJ said. "When you go through something, you're either gonna run and hide and leave the business altogether, or you go that much harder. And I go that much harder now."

The altercation is rumored to have stemmed from content posted on Vlad's popular hip-hop video site VladTV.com, that discussed Ross' alleged past as a correctional officer before going on to become a rap superstar.

Since the attack, Vlad has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing the rapper of being behind the attack. He's seeking $2 million in compensatory damages and $2 million in punitive damages
